From the very first viewing to successfully exchanging contracts, Patterson Hawthorn and in particular David Howe made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely manageable.
David was professional, responsive and consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire journey. Whether it was answering queries quickly, keeping communication clear between all parties, or helping navigate the inevitable challenges that come with any property purchase- he handled everything with patience and professionalism.
As first time buyers, having an agent who was honest, reliable and genuinely invested in getting the deal over the line made an enormous difference. David never made us feel like just another transaction- he treated our purchase with the care and attention it deserved.

My partner and I have just purchased our first home in Rainham. We have met with a few estate agents in the area but found Patterson Hawthorne to be the best. In particular David, he’s been fantastic throughout and has been there from the beginning of our journey and has helped us get to the finish line with the purchase of our property.
He has been an active support for us during this process and we cannot thank him enough. We have enjoyed our experience with PH, in particular with David, so much so that we have said if we look to buy a house in the future, we would go straight to PH.

Professional initial chat and valuation. Great local knowledge and highest sell rate locally so chose them. Sold within a week.
