Lisa was great and we found her proactive and informative, particularly at the front end of the process. Unfortunately we couldn’t sell our property, and this was probably mostly due to market conditions. We were encouraged and agreed to drop the price and still no joy. Since then we moved to another agent, and one major improvement has been the use of an app to keep track of viewings / status of potential buyers etc.<br>I think PG have good agents, but they definitely need to update their tech and move on from relying on emails and calls only!...
