Our property purchase was handled brilliantly by all the team at Paul Wallace Estate Agents and in particular by Joe. What I found very impressive was the regular and clear communication from Joe. Would highly recommend. Unfortunately our purchase didn't end up going through but Joe, Peter and Pete were fighting until the absolute last minute to try and make it work for all parties involved. Really lovely genuine guys! When it's time to get on the market again they will be the first people we call. Thanks again for all your help!... Read more

I can’t recommend the team at Paul Wallace highly enough. They helped me secure a buyer for my property, and their work ethic and commitment throughout the process was truly outstanding. Friendly, professional, patient and honest. They really did go well above and beyond anything I could have expected. Communication was excellent - I was kept informed, given straightforward advice and never left feeling like I had to chase for updates. What really stood out was the genuine care and effort they put in. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.... Read more

Well what can I say, the service received from Peter and Joe was excellent.<br>The sale of my late Sisters house wasn't straightforward with Probate dragging the sale out as well as house clearance, overgrown garden, water problems etc. In each case they simply rose to the challenge and sorted all out.. The other problem is that I live some 200 miles away and have reached the grand age of 80 so not able to come down to sort things myself.. So yes beyond excellent service thank you so much Paul Wallace Hoddesdon branch 100% recommendation ??????... Read more
