I’m very satisfied with the experience I’ve had from Payton Jewell and Caines. I’ve recently purchased a house in the Bridgend area and their customer service has been fantastic. They have been responsive to calls and have been flexible with viewings. Highly recommend.

VERY POOR.
Here is part of the letter sent to the owner of pjc. Advice had been given to sell in the awful state tenants had left it in, despite it not alligning with our gut feeling. No feedback after 3 visits , we had to chase them.
Your team have wasted 3 months of our time and cost us money and has been a major impact on our future plans.
In any business, communication is key. The communication of your team is abysmal. The client shouldn't have to be continually chasing for feedback after visits or general updates. So, resulted in a loss of business for you. But, we're not the only clients within a week that you've lost are we? It seems there is a lot of complacency and a lack of training in your team. Hopefully this detailed feedback can help you.
