From the very first email, I knew I was in safe hands. Payton Jewell Caines Estate Agents (PJC) were professional, friendly, and immediately understood exactly what I wanted to achieve, they gave honest and on going advice, and were efficient and thoughtful in all transactions. We have had some issues with previous buyers, but they handled that and we started off again without skipping a beat. They did beautiful photography and video, and were very proactive throughout which generated a large amount of interest right from the start. Viewings were arranged efficiently and professionally. PJC always arrived early, presented the property beautifully, and stayed to answer every question from potential buyers. When the offers started coming in, PJC were brilliant at managing the process between all parties. They kept us fully informed every step of the way, provided sound advice on negotiations throughout the process. What really stood out was how efficiently they handled some tricky conversations what could have been a stressful period – chasing solicitors, liaising with the buyers’ agent, and keeping everything on track right through to completion. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, and truly care about us as the customer, look no further. The sales team were friendly and efficient. Communications about viewings and feedback was good. The listing process and marketing were also good. After some weeks or marketing I felt three was more pressure to accept a lower offer than I had wanted to than I thought necessary. A great deal of effort was put into getting a sale, not necessarily the best offer. Overall all staff were friendly and reasonably efficient, though sometimes with communication being initiated by me and not the agent post offer.... Read more
