I cannot fault Penny Lane Homes. They kept me informed every step of the way in the sale of my flat. Even when the sale fell through at the last moment, they were straight back on the phone to other interested parties that had previously viewed the flat, and they had found another buyer within 48 hours. Would definately use again.

Great estate agent always kept me well informed throughout the process of selling my home, Ross and Taylor always made sure I understood what was going on everyday and my home was sold within a week of being advertised. I can't recommend them enough

Contacted Christine at Penny Lane Homes in Renfrew to arrange a valuation of my property and to sell my daughter's flat.
Fast and efficient service and explained the process clearly. I had a few additional requests regarding the viewing of my daughter's flat and Christine, and other agents, were quick to offer suggestions to cover the viewings at short notice.
I was impressed by the friendly and professional pro- active aproach the team at PennyLane supplied.
I wilk be using their services in rhe New Year when i come to sell my own property.
I would highly recommend them.
