An estate agent that puts some effort into selling your house. We tried two others who only secured limited viewings and failed to follow up with those that did. The previous two seemed happy to have the property on their books, drawing the sales fee with the minimum of effort. A change to PFK secured a stream of viewings and the sale of the property. Between the subject to contract stage and completion they remained engaged and helped keep the process on track, by working with all parties to ensure that deadlines were met.

From our initial contact with Hannah at PF&K Estate Agents in Keswick, to exchange of contracts, we couldn’t have been happier in our choice of agent to sell our home.<br>Hannah’s wealth of local knowledge made for a realistic valuation and proactive marketing strategy. She was super speedy in processing the property photos and detailed information in order to market the property as soon as we gave the goahead. Hannah always made herself available to us and was prompt in responding to any queries.<br>The mobile app was very useful for keeping us informed of viewings and feedback. Agents Chloe and Chris were excellent at showing our property to prospective buyers and were always welcoming when we visited the PF&K office.<br>All three agents worked very hard to progress our sale and took away a lot of stress for us. They always kept us, and our buyers, in the loop on the progress of the sale.<br>We would not hesitate to recommend PF&K - and only wish they’d also been the agent of the house we chose to purchase!

PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results.
A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling.
They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price.
We cannot mark them less than excellent.
