As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these.
From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.
Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Peter Clarke Estate Agents, and especially with Emma in the Stratford office.
Emma was our property manager for around 8 years previously and was consistently excellent throughout that time. More recently, she’s helped us again in finding our new property, and her support, professionalism and calm approach made the whole process far easier than it could have been.
She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares. You always feel like you’re in safe hands with her.
Thanks also to the wider Peter Clarke team for their help and support along the way. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a house in Chipping Campden being marketed by Peter Clarke. We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services.
They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving.
If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

We had a very positive experience with Peter Clarke throughout our tenancy. The property was well managed, and the check-out process was smooth and fair. Overall, a stress-free and professional service.
Karen Hudson, who is the Tenancy Manager, is highly professional and responds to emails promptly. She always made sure to follow up on maintenance and gave helpful advice.

Outstanding service and communication from Peter Clarke in Leamington Spa. Special Thanks to Pav for being so calm and helpful throughout the process.
Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.
