Working with the team from start to finish was an absolute pleasure.<br><br>Miles was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when he first valued our property, and gave us excellent advice on how to position it in the market to achieve the best result. Carys handled a number of the viewings and was always professional, kept us informed and provided great feedback throughout.<br><br>The value of working with a traditional bricks-and-mortar agent really came into its own during the negotiation of both our sale and onward purchase, with Miles patiently providing some excellent advice and guidance.<br><br>Melanie deserves a special mention too for working tirelessly to keep everything on track right up until the 11th hour.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter Clarke and are incredibly grateful for everything they did to get us over the line.

We recently bought a house in Chipping Campden being marketed by Peter Clarke. We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services.
They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving.
If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.
