Clare Davis and the team at Peter Joy have been patient, always professional and very supportive over the sale of our Mum's house. The process took much longer than we'd expected, however, the communication at every stage was excellent and the advice provided was always helpful.

Fantastic agents, especially Jake! He went beyond the call of duty to ensure the process from sale to closure was as fast as possible. He worked hard to overcome obstacles (for which there were many) in a calm way. He was amazing with the solicitors ensuring the chain didn't break. When one house fell through (not his fault) he was quick to market it again and find another buyer. Jake kept an eye on the sale even when on holiday. I would only ever use this estate agents. Brilliant!

During the last few years my wife and I have twice used Peter Joy to sell properties in Minchinhampton, and we cannot speak highly enough of the service they have provided.
In both instances Jake gave us sound and reasonable estimates of the expected sale valuation, and he was always readily on hand to talk with us and provide explanations, as the sale process developed.
This was particularly important in our case as we live in Australia and the ability to have face-to-face video call updates was of great comfort to us.
At all times we found Jake to be extremely courteous and professional.
If Jake wasn’t available his team of other staff were always fully up-to-date with our sales and were ready and willing to answer our questions or chase matters up as necessary.
We would certainly have no hesitation in highly recommending Jake and his team at Peter Joy to anyone requiring Real Estate services in the Stroud area.

I used Peter Joy’s Nailsworth branch to sell my late Mothers house & the team there did a fabulous job from the marketing through to advertising & showing clients around the house. Particular thanks go to Clare Davis for all the hard work & getting a sale across the line which has been quite tough in the current market. She was truly phenomenal & patient as the house in question was a complete renovation project so it was down to just a select type of buyer who would take a project like this on. Clare & her team found a buyer & after a lengthy conveyancing process completed the sale successfully. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to sell a house to hook up with Peter Joy for a stress free sale as they are extremely professional & knowledgeable of the local area & will look after you right through to the sale. Look up Clare & her team at there Nailsworth branch as it’ll be well worth it.

Many thanks to Clare and all the staff at Peter Joy in Nailsworth who have been of great help in bringing about the sale of our flat.
Clare explained the process fully at the outset and dealt with all our questions quickly and helpfully, as did the team at Peter Joy. The flat was efficiently and quickly marketed. Clare provided very useful advice about pricing and information to enable us to make decisions. She is approachable and practical and always responds to enquiries promptly and helpfully. She is proactive and kept on top of our transaction, liaising with other professionals on our behalf and moving it along when delays occured elsewhere. We had a number of viewings as soon as the property was marketed and a buyer within a few weeks. The sale is about to complete and I can thoroughly recommend Clare and her team at Peter Joy, Nailsworth for a professional, proactive, responsive and friendly service.
