I just wanted to share my genuine appreciation to Matthew and the team at Pettengells. As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.

We were delighted with the professional way Adrian and the whole team managed the sale of our property. We were out of the area and all our requests were dealt with without hesitation.
We do not have any negative comments to make whatsoever.
Communication and regular updates were frequent and the property was visited by the team to ensure there were no unforseen problems.
