Although there are other estate agents in the area who we reached out to, Pettengells (we dealt with Simon & Adrian initially) stood out because of their calm, professional and non-pushy approach. We were very happy for them to help us with the sale of our house, and they were also the agent for the property we were buying. The team in the office are friendly, proactive and care about giving a good customer service. Overall we would highly recommend.

The whole team was friendly, helpful, patient, and kept me informed every step of the way throughout both my sale and purchase.<br><br>Polly was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the rest of the team were just as professional and supportive. They sold my home very quickly and helped me find a fabulous new property. I just wanted to share my genuine appreciation to Matthew and the team at Pettengells. As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.
