I have nothing but praise for Philip Bannister,
Their service is fantastic at every stage of the sale. Knowing you can leave everything in their hands and rely on them really does take the stress out of it all. They always go the extra mile, and treat you like you are genuinely important to them, not just another customer on their books. They work tirelessly to make sure everything is taken care of. Very disappointed with this estate agency. After signing the agreement which included no terms and conditions, this company did not provide me with a copy of the brochure for my property nor complete an energy certificate. There is clearly a training need to update customer service skills.
