P B and Co handled the sale of my house completing a few weeks ago. Service was excellent, staff super friendly and I was informed immediately of all matters, even though I live in Germany Sue often called to keep me in the loop. Final invoice was as expected and if I have another house to sell they would be my primary choice. Top Top Service, I couldnt be any happier. Thanks to all. Rgds Ian

I purchased a property through Philip Bannister & Co and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.<br><br>As we all know, property purchases arent smooth and simple, but Nicola and Leah were communicative, professional and helpful throughout.<br><br>They even sent me with a nice care package alongside the keys, which was a very nice touch!<br><br>Id be happy to do business with them again!

Great estate agents and highly advisable if you wish to sell your property. Initially went with an online agent but gave up after over a year of no success. PB & Co nearly got the property sold within 6 months (buyers pulled out unexpectedly) and then sold within another 6 months.
