Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.... Quite unprofessional management, hardly can talk with them on the phone or emails and they want money upfront under the excuse is quite a desired home and too many people applied, contact them from different number and told me the property just been left by previous tenants and nobodg else applied just to make you apply for it, I will never use them...
