I have been dealing with Pocock and Shaw, Newmarket since 2016.
They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me.
Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise.

An excellent experience from start to finish completing on both a sale and a purchase with Pocock & Shaw. Chris, Elen, Magnus & the team were all involved throughout the entire process and made what can be a stressful process as easy as it could be. Communication and updates were frequent which kept us informed about the progress of both transactions. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Pocock and Shaw for the professional, enthusiastic and friendly service throughout my sale.
I had 4 valuations initially and found that Chris had so much experience and knowledge about the market - he explained the dynamics of the current property sector, a strategy to work with and went through in detail the complex process I will be going through, and even though he didn't give the highest valuation - this meant it was an easy decision to make to choose Pocock and Shaw as my agent.
From instructing them, I was guided through premarketing by Linda who made sure my details were all correct before going live and then the sales team then took over. I knew that the market wasn't easy but with regular updates from Eloise and Katie I got an offer after 4 weeks. Magnus negotiated on my behalf and gave solid advice to achieve more than I expected and qualified the buyers position thoroughly.
Elen then took over and managed my sale through to completion. It certainly wasn't easy, and I really appreciated the effort and time she spent getting my sale through. She seemed to spend more time managing other agents sales in the chain just so I could get my dream home.
If you are looking for a honest, fair, hard working and experienced estate agency then I would recommend giving them a call.

Very pitiful that management deem it acceptable to assault a person with visual disabilities whilst parking their car on the pavement in Ely! Then to berate and verbally antagonise. There are loading zones down the high street for loading and unloading your vehicle. You are a disgrace to businesses in Ely! Photos are taken from a public area. They also show the “loading” that was necessary to block the pavement.

Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.
