We have just sold our house with Prime Estates. I honestly can't fault their service. We had loads of viewings and 2 offers within the first 10 days.
Communication was very good and they've kept us informed throughout the whole process.
After unsuccessfully being on the market the previous year with 2 other well known, popular estate agents, I'm so pleased we decided to try again and chose Prime Estates.
Steve and Beverley have been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about selling their home xx

We’re collecting the keys tomorrow after successfully completing our purchase, and we wanted to leave a big thank you to Steve Southall and the team at Prime Estates.
Steve has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process — always responsive, professional, and supportive in coordinating with the seller and keeping everything moving smoothly. His assistance with arranging access, updates, and communication made the purchase much easier for us.

Had 3 estate agents to value property and prime estate stood out. They were prompt on time knew knowledge of area and property didn’t push me into putting property on market with them or going to auction like some tried to do.
Very quick on marketing property and kept me informed. Faye went above and beyond her role and contacted me outside of office hours
The service I received was exceptional I would highly recommend them
