Overvalued the property against market knowledge . Zero viewings in 12 weeks. We removed property from their hands as soon as we could.
Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

Nothing but positive words to say about Nick and the team at Proctors, Petts Wood. Responsive, efficient, transparent, courteous, knowledgable. Any issues we encountered were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

We have experience with a few of the Estate Agents in Petts Wood, having spent a year trying navigate the housing market as a first time buyer. Without a doubt, Proctors are the most trustworthy agents: consistently professional, conscientious and considerate. The staff at Proctors are knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to find the right properties. I would recommend Jason Stockdale and Carl Smith in particular, for alleviating the stresses of buying houses and remaining transparent and reassuring through the entire process.

I have found proctors to be extremely helpful, offering a great service - especially Jason. They have a lovely kind approach and follow things up with no complaints. I would recommend them well above others in the area of which I worked with two previously. Thanks for all your hard work!

Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
