The photos were excellently selected and the discription on property matched our request to manage potential buyers expectations as a result we had an accepted offer witihin a week.

We appreciate how hard PSP has worked for us in conducting the viewings etc. Although it took much longer than we expected, this was not down to PSP. The first two sales dragged on for about 5 months each and both fell through for technical reasons to do with conveyancing. The third sale went through smoothly in about 3 months. While the flat was on the market buyers were found in surprisingly short time - about 2 to 3 weeks each time. In fact when the second sale fell though in June, we were on holiday when Lewis (of PSP) phoned through the disappointing news, but within a week he had found our successful buyer and had helpfully negotiated a good deal for us. We are very grateful to him and the rest of the team.

I cannot recommend PSP Homes highly enough. From day one, everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and incredibly easy to communicate with.<br><br>Communication via WhatsApp was excellent throughout the entire process. Messages were answered almost immediately, I was always kept informed, and they acted as excellent mediators between myself and my buyers whenever something needed discussing or resolving.<br><br>What particularly stood out was how proactive they were. They didn’t simply market the property, find a buyer and then step back — they remained involved and genuinely helped to keep the sale moving at every stage.<br><br>A very special thank you has to go to Declan. Towards the end, what should have been a straightforward sale had turned into a dreadfully long and frustrating process due to delays and poor communication between the solicitors on both sides. Declan stepped in, actively contacted the relevant parties and helped push through the outstanding issues so that we could finally reach completion.<br><br>His intervention genuinely made a difference. I honestly believe that without his persistence and willingness to get involved, the sale could have continued dragging on for considerably longer. He was absolutely key in helping us get over the finish line, and I am extremely grateful to him.<br><br>PSP Homes were responsive, courteous and, above all, proactive from beginning to end. Having an estate agent who is prepared to get involved and help resolve problems rather than simply waiting for others to act is invaluable, particularly when a sale becomes difficult.<br><br>A fantastic service and a team I would highly recommend.

PSP were amazing in selling my parents home. The property didn’t even reach the market before it was snapped up. They were very useful in showing us how to dress the rooms appropriately and the marketing material was excellent.

Andrew and his staff in both the Lettings department and Sales department are always very friendly and helpful. Lulu was outstanding throughout the sale, her communication was excellent and she did a brilliant job of keeping things moving. I would highly recommend PSP Homes.
