At first had excellent agent as was selling via private treaty through them & then decided to sell via Auction which was appalling & unprofessional.
I personally was unwell & hadn’t got battery life to keep chasing incompetency.

Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.
Paid upfront selling fee and now can’t get hold of anyone!

Difficult to get hold of don't call back, pictures were poor, each time I managed to get hold of someone it would be someone new as the last person had left, biggest mistake ever going with Purplebricks they take your money and do very little for it.
