At first had excellent agent as was selling via private treaty through them & then decided to sell via Auction which was appalling & unprofessional.
I personally was unwell & hadn’t got battery life to keep chasing incompetency.

Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.
Paid upfront selling fee and now can’t get hold of anyone!

Salesman who valued property basically sold us to them, but after that there was no personal experience. The contact was then with someone who wasn't even based in area. Paid up front and would not recommend!
