Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.

A total waste of my money.
Advertised at a lower price than I stated so was getting stupid offers, not that there were many, 3 in over a year.
The last viewer wanted me to let him pay for my home over 5 years.???
Will never use you again and woukd advise my family and friends not to do so either.

Less than happy. Poor support and information sharing. Mis-leading in the proposal of using “their” solicitors who I eventually discharged to to ineptitude. Having appointed a new solicitor I also found they were in excess of £1000 compared to 4 other online solicitors and ironically they were one who also quoted on line and they too were £ 1000 cheaper which only leads me to believe the difference to be that which Purple Bricks received as an introduction fee. Immoral!

My advice is not to use Purplebricks , I found them mostly unhelpful and very disjointed in their approach. They over estimated my property value I suspect to get me on board. I paid for accompanied viewings which costs more and signed with them in August 2021, I took the decision to drop the price after five months of not receiving any resonable offers and then received an acceptable offer , however the do not have a good/pro active Post SaIes support team and do not monitor the sale progress, conseqently I lost the buyer and my faith in their ability to sell properties. I could go into volumes about their service and lack of it but will stop short and just say I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Purplebricks. Furthermore they lost one of my keys that I gave them. I withdrew my property from them in June 2022.

They sold us a dream and then nothing. They responded quickly but told us to lower the price consistently. The images were dark and they did no outreach at all!
