Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.

Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.

Agent was a complete joke. Had no idea what he was doing, had to do the complete advert myself, terrible pictures, incorrect basic information, agent just disappeared for weeks when trying to get the house listed and then it was listed without my consent with incorrect information presented. Made a formal complaint and waited 8 weeks for a response. They only responded after threatening with ombudsman. Don’t do it!
