At first had excellent agent as was selling via private treaty through them & then decided to sell via Auction which was appalling & unprofessional.
I personally was unwell & hadn’t got battery life to keep chasing incompetency.

Sold the house after one viewing but I reduced it to what I thought it was worth.
Paid upfront selling fee and now can’t get hold of anyone!

Not a good idea. Did very little. They get paid whether they sell or not. Not really any incentive. Had to pay even though they achieved nothing. Save your money and go with a estate agent who earns their fee for selling your house they only get paid for their results so they work hard to obtain the best result for you

Very satisfied with Purple Bricks. They sold my home very quickly. I had been with another estate agent and was tied to them for about six months Good customer service, very good local agent David Fisher who did everything he could to sell for me. In short five stars

Rikki has been great from start to (almost) finish. From our first meeting he but us at ease and explain the process fully as it was our first time selling a property. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pictures and particulars and Chellie ran a great open house- 6 viewings 3 offers!

10 month of hell, two veiwers in all that time. It has made me so ill I lost my husband before I put the house on the market. Everybody that has ask I said dont go with them nightmare, never got in touch made out she counldnt, I have three phone numers home,work and my moblie and e-mail address. Hell
