I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

Helen at the crossgates branch has been fantastic managing our house sale.( We used another agent who were a nightmare never replied to our messages and arranged viewings without liaising with us first) helen always answered our questions, and helped with every step she even came out to the house on her Saturday off to do the valuation.
I popped into the branch with some questions and was made very welcomed.
If we do move back to the area I will happily deal with Reeds Rains again

We purchased the property with Reeds Rains through modern auction with a exchange of contracts and a delayed completion. Reeds Rains were upto speed on my requests and saw the sale through on a timely basis.
Due to this, once we had completed the refurbishment, we decided to re-sell through Reeds Rains on the open market. A buyer was found and price agreed above advertised price within a 2 week period. The sale has taken quite some time to complete due to the buyers slowing the process somewhat. Matthew at Reeds Rains has acted as go between, pushing the deal through. He has kept me in the loop on all aspects of the sale. Will I use R R again? Certainly, I'm just waiting for them to find me another cracking deal. Thank you guys.
