I moved out so they did everything for me. Kept me informed right the way through the process. I really got the feeling that they cared about me and about my house. I originally bought the property from them which is why I went to them to sell.

I was happy with everyone I came into contact with Regal, I decided to remove my property off the market due to the current climate, however this wasn’t because I was unhappy with their service.

Found Regal to be very helpful, informative and always great with communication. I would say the only issue we had is that I made it very clear before putting our property up for sale that we needed to sell it for a certain amount in order to purchase the house we wanted. Within a few weeks of it being up for sale it was suggested to change the price in the hope of more viewings, but would ultimately mean offers of a lesser value which wouldn't be enough for us. I do believe they did all they could to try and sell our property, but unfortunately we didn't have any offers and feedback from viewings suggested that we would not get the value we needed to move on to a bigger property and do we took it off the market.
