The Melrose office hit the mark… the team has excellent knowledge of the local market and the process is efficient. The photos and videos were excellent and they knew how to capture the house at its best. Received over asking offer within 10 days and the handover to the Solicitor’s office was seamless.
I chose Rettie’s due to their large database of clients giving them deep and broad reach within the UK market. This is clearly a competitive advantage that I valued. Hugh, Fraser and Nicola are a young and energetic team and are truly a joy to work with. Highly recommend them.

We experienced a very problematic Sale which required great care and attention from Professionals.The advice and support we received from Fraser Wardhaugh was exemplary. Without this remarkable input, the Sale would have collasped. We cannot praise him and Rettie enough.
