I have sold in B30 three times with Rice Chamberlain, in 2009, 2017 and in 2026. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They know the local area minutely, have an established reputation and a fully-staffed office with a great team.
My thanks to James, Karen, Matt and especially Sophie and Aimee for helping me onto my next chapter. They handled the inevitable hiccups with calmness and efficiency. Totally professional.

Great experience with Rice Chamberlains, every step of the way from initial viewings, through to completion of sale they provided excellent service.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, they took the time out to give personal recommendations on properties they thought we'd like.
Couldn't recommend them enough!!

As I had been searching for a property for some time due to other agents poor service, it was very refreshing to find estate agents that were still prepared to be honest, and helpful, whilst selling properties. The service from Rice Chamberlain estate agent was excellent, from start to finish. The telephone was always answered, and staff were always polite and ready to assist. Property viewings were conducted professionally allowing time for additional questions. Any questions needing later clarification were answered as accurately and as quickly as possible. All necessary communications between agents, solicitors and other parties, were carried out efficiently, with regular updates provided. Although this is a small Family like Business they managed things in such a way it minimised the stress of finding And purchasing my new home. According to my personal experience, I would highly recommend rice Chamberlain for Property purchase, sales, and rentals. (February 2026)

We received fantastic service from Rice Chamberlain. Our property was listed late February 2025 and we completed by the end of June. Sarah was so approachable and helpful. She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
