It’s been quite the journey selling our property with a subdued market last year it was at times difficult but throughout Godsells have been magnificent Alastair initially valued it and gave us an accurate assessment of what we could achieve and a realistic appraisal of the market at the time Following on from that we mainly dealt with Steve Leigh-Bryant in the Christchurch office who has been a total pleasure to deal with throughout.He has a positive outlook and has dealt with all our queries and questions maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanour at all times. What stood out for me was the fact that Richard Godsell has a small team which means they were all focussed on and knowledgeable about my property. The last agent must have had a dozen or so people in their team and so many didn’t have a clue about it when showing buyers. They’re a friendly and professional bunch at Richard Godsell. Communication is key and they always followed up. Would highly recommend them without hesitation. I wish I had chosen them at the start of my selling process.... Read more
