I had a very disappointing experience with an agent at Robert Leech Reigate.<br>The agent ( Lettings Manager)made assumptions without fully understanding the situation, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress. Instead of taking the time to check the facts, I was left to spend my own time researching the correct information and explaining it back to the agent.<br>As a tenant, I expected professional knowledge and guidance, not to be responsible for educating the agent. This lack of understanding and professionalism made the whole experience mentally exhausting and unnecessarily frustrating.<br>I hope the company provides better training to its staff so that future tenants receive the professional service they deserve.

We’ve had such a great experience selling our house with Robert Leech. From the initial listing and all the way to completion their service has been exceptional. It is truly a personal service - Lisa and Emma were our two main points of contact and they were fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the sales process. We had a particularly stressful chain and Robert Leech were by far the most proactive and helpful agents in the chain. We really felt like they truly cared about our situation and were very much in our corner protecting our interests and trying to make the way as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Lisa at the Reigate branch has just helped us sell our family home in Reigate, and I can’t speak highly enough about her. She made the whole experience so stress free. She went above and beyond to help with everything, and she dealt with things quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone selling their home, she was just brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful experience so stress free with constant communication and support.

As a leaseholder iof a property that is rented out,I recently met with Jonathan Bennett to talk through the new Renters Rights just to have a chat and discuss any worries.On arrival I was greeted by Jonathan who was very polite,professional and accommodating.He went through evrrything with me and I would whole heartedly recommend Robert Leech whether renting, buying or selling.<br><br>W.Wilson Oxted.
