Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.

Ash was excellent throughout the whole buying process. He was professional, responsive and genuinely helpful at every stage, which made everything feel smooth and stress free. We always felt well informed and supported, and his approach was friendly without ever being pushy. We would happily recommend Ash and the team to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ash and the team been very supportive for us, a first time buyer couple. They sealed the proposed offer very quickly, they communicated between us and owner very transparently and timely. Ash showed us home couple of times outside of hours and even waited my silly questions and measurements patiently:) toward to final stages we were on a very tight schedule but with their chase to solicitors of both party and owner itself we managed to move in time. Previous owner was also a lovely person apparently but I dont think this will be possible without the rolfe east team. We were lucky to work with them! Thanks so much Ash and team!
We dont plan to sell in close future, but if we do so in the future we know where to go!

Steve was extremely proactive and communicative particularly when the process needed constant chasing of solicitors and agents. We were always kept in the loop and he responded quickly to all our questions

Rolfe East stood out amongst the estate agents we tried in being more observant of our property's details, more positive about the property, and they showed good knowledge of the area. Their valuation was the same as most of the agents and their fees are lower. Although it took longer than we had hoped to sell the property, they remained positive and provided regular feedback after viewings.
