Not a good impression overall
Took 2 years to wrap up my late father's estate
Poor communication throughout and constant need to chase them up for serial updates
All in all a rather stressful experience
Their attention to detail was suboptimal imho

Old fashioned, lazy estate agent. Didn’t post on all the websites I was promised and only did so when I noticed and pointed it out to them. Had to have photos retaken due to poor quality. No communication, advice or support when lack of viewings. Didn’t respond quickly to my concerns or queries. Eventually had to take my house off the market.

Rollos helped me purchase my forever home in St Andrews, for which I will be eternally grateful.
House purchasing can be very stressful, but Rollos have a very good knowledge of the local area and always looked after my best interests. Communication is always very prompt and an “old world courtesy” is always in evidence. Special thanks go to Julie Grinyer and Craig Niven in the St Andrews office.
