We couldn’t recommend Roseberry Newhouse highly enough. From start to finish, they provided a genuinely brilliant service and were there for us throughout what was, at times, a very difficult buying and selling process. Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and unfortunately our journey didn’t always go smoothly. What really stood out about Roseberry Newhouse was how proactive, thorough and supportive they were when things became complicated. We never felt like we were left to deal with everything ourselves, and always felt that someone was keeping an eye on things and helping to move the process forward. A special mention has to go to Olivia, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent, particularly when we were experiencing stress and delays with the solicitors. She genuinely got involved, chased things up, helped us navigate issues and was incredibly thorough throughout. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about getting us to the finish line. There were definitely moments where the process felt overwhelming, but having Olivia and Roseberry Newhouse in our corner meant we always felt like we were in safe hands. That level of communication, care and support made such a difference. We genuinely don’t think we could have picked a better estate agent, particularly when things didn’t go as smoothly as we’d hoped. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Olivia, for going above and beyond and helping us get into our new home.
