John, Olivia, Isabel & the team at Roseberry Newhouse are simply the best.<br><br>When I first met Vanessa back in 2020 (carrying out my services for one of their clients) they had been excellent with communication.<br><br>The more I’ve got to know them, the more I see that they are more than just an amazing estate agent, they put so much pride in their work helping others when selling their deceased loved ones homes, they really do help take the weight off their shoulders in their most difficult times.<br><br>I highly recommend these guys when it comes to buying or selling properties, for landlords & tenants.<br><br>Kind regards Tom - House Clearance Company

From start to finish buying our house Olivia was professional, helpful and kept regularly in touch about progress. It was also reassuring to have Joanne as a contact too. Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I enquired through Rightmove about an apartment in Stockton and received no response. I then called several times and was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but nobody did. I eventually searched the company website, found the manager’s email address and contacted him directly, yet I still received no reply.<br><br>A viewing was eventually arranged, but the person showing me around could not answer basic questions about availability, moving dates, tenancy terms or possible service charges.<br><br>There was also no personal follow-up after the viewing, only an automated survey text. I liked the apartment, but by that stage I had lost confidence in the agency and decided not to proceed.<br><br>The fact that I also emailed the managing director to raise these concerns and he has not bothered to respond says it all.<br><br>Poor communication, no meaningful follow-up and a complete failure to capture or act on a genuine customer enquiry.

What can one say other than 5*. Vanessa and Olivia could not have been more helpful and supportive. Behind the scenes Joanne was in constant communication with any updates on how proceedings were going. This is the third house dealing that we have used Roseberry Newhouse, two were for buying properties and the third was for selling a property. When we came to sell our flat, based on our buying experience, there was no need to look any further for a 5* estate agent than Roseberry Newhouse<br>Thank you again,<br><br>Phil & Sue
