I recently purchased my new home through Pat, at Rush Witt and Wilson in Battle and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. The purchase came with some unique and awkward challenges, but Pat handled everything exceptionally well from start to finish.
He was professional, proactive, and always quick to respond, keeping me informed at every stage. What really stood out was his ability to manage a complicated situation calmly and efficiently, making what was indeed at times very stressful feel much more straightforward.
A special thank you as well to Sarah, who progressed the sale and kept everything moving behind the scenes. Her communication and organisation was excellent, and together they made a fantastic team.
Their persistence, attention to detail, and support made a real difference, and I always felt confident that things were in safe hands. I’m incredibly grateful for their help in securing my new home. I highly recommend this agent.

We worked incredibly closely with Suzy from Rush Witt & Wilson and she has been a huge part of our journey. As first time buyers, Suzy’s open and honest approach provided reassurance as we searched for a house and her commitment to helping us find the right house was unwavering. We couldn’t have asked for more support.
Tess was also brilliant in all her communications with us at offer stage. Tess was prompt and efficient, clear and direct which was greatly appreciated as we were new to the process.
Overall we would absolutely recommend working with Rush Witt and Wilson!

I went to view a property today and was met by Callum Harrison, who firstly was on time, and secondly was friendly welcoming , and knowledgeable about the property. He answered my questions without that dreaded sentence “I don’t know” which can be so irritating.
So refreshing, a professional attitude with a happy and friendly approach.
