We recently sold our property through SJ Smiths and were very pleased with the service we received.<br><br>Given the current climate and challenging housing market, Louis and his team were extremely professional throughout. They marketed the property very well, managed expectations realistically, and most importantly, were able to secure a successful sale under difficult market conditions.<br><br>The communication and support from the beginning right through to completion were excellent.<br><br>Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend SJ Smiths to anyone looking to sell their property.

We recently had our home valued by Pete Spencer from S J Smith and were really impressed with the whole experience.

I put my house on the market early February and completed 13th July.<br>Throughout, the service I received from all staff was very good,all very helpful.<br>Namely Louis who took on a massive hands on role,constantly in touch, in person and on the phone, and always taking pressure off me when things became stressful. Nothing was too much effort for him and all done with great efficiency,calmness and full transparency. I cannot recommend him or SJSmith highly enough from start to finish.<br>Thank you Louis and all the team.<br><br>Mark

The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well!
Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors.
A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!
