I put my house on the market early February and completed 13th July.<br>Throughout, the service I received from all staff was very good,all very helpful.<br>Namely Louis who took on a massive hands on role,constantly in touch, in person and on the phone, and always taking pressure off me when things became stressful. Nothing was too much effort for him and all done with great efficiency,calmness and full transparency. I cannot recommend him or SJSmith highly enough from start to finish.<br>Thank you Louis and all the team.<br><br>Mark

I was, as a tenant for a year with them and my experience was terrible. I reported them several maintenance issues and they were reluctant to respond.<br>Every time I called them for follow up they made silly excuses to push the matter. I’ve never experienced such behaviour with any other letting agent. They are the worst one in ashford, I guess. Never recommended

The whole Staines branch were fantastic, in particular Spencer who conducted most of the viewings, he was able to give me immediate feedback on first impressions of potential buyers, a very charismatic person who engages people well!
