I’d like to thank Gail for her professional and friendly approach during our recent viewing. She kindly accommodated us outside of office hours, which was greatly appreciated. Harry, Ashleigh and the team have been magnificent since our first introduction- the presentation they did when we first met them to the brochure, video and instagram of our house was outstanding- the quality of the photographs was superb- we were under offer within 2 weeks of marketing it with Sanderson Young- we cannot rate them highly enough

High turn over of staff which is a shame as Daniela and Bradley were pleasant to deal with. I cannot say the same for Gail, she will be pleasant if she wants something from you such as arranging viewings, for which I was very accommodating, especially when she would show up with someone on the wrong date, or if she wants to know which key is for what.
However when you ask anything of Sanderson and young, something as simple as, has any post been received for me? In this case, she is nothing more than rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road.
We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised.
We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten.
The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.
