We had a great experience selling our house through Savills. In a tough market, our estate agent, Nick was persistent and ensured we had people through the door for viewings. He was professional, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend both him and Savills to anybody thinking of selling their house.

Tim Jones was absolutely exceptional throughout the purchase of my property.<br><br>The conveyancer appointed by the vendor was, frankly, shocking, and the sale simply would not have gone ahead without Tim going above and beyond to keep everything moving. He took the initiative to liaise directly between me and the vendor, resolving issues and keeping everyone focused on getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>He was incredibly responsive throughout — always available by phone or WhatsApp — and genuinely went far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. Most importantly, he understood how important the timing was for me and worked tirelessly to make it happen. We went from offer to exchange in just five weeks, which meant I was able to tie the purchase in with the sale of my own property.<br><br>I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. His professionalism, communication, determination and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. If you are buying or selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
