After five years with a tenant, the Tunbridge Wells Savills lettings team (Danielle and Chloe with great support) have done a fantastic job at finding me a great new tenant (three great offers). The process was really quick and efficient, everyone was thoroughly professional, and guided me through the new regulations. A really fast turnaround too, and allowing a between tenancy decoration refresh and general maintenance, and this all organised via property manager Tamsin, tenant now happily moved in. Can't recommend this team high enough. Fantastic integrated team working.

I cannot recommend Rosie at Savill's Summertown enough-she was always very speedy to respond, knowledgeable and made the whole renting process enjoyable.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Savills Clifton when buying our house. From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout.
A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up.
