From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. Seamless process from start to finish. Was impressed with how professional and courteous the valuer/partner was when he initially came to the property. He listened, gave recommendations, discussed the sale and was very knowledgeable regarding the current market. An excellent experience. We've moved house a number of times and we can actually say Walter at Dunoon branch is the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. He gave a brilliant description of our property accompanied by wonderful photos. He sold a lifestyle ! It didn't take long for us to get an offer and things proceeded all very smoothly.
