After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property.
This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done.
They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

Had a bad experience with Scott always seemed in a rush to get the deal through without answering questions properly. Initially told me all the windows and door keys were available but when it was time to hand over the keys he said they are lost. Overall not a good experience

Against all odds, Harvey and the team pulled it off for me. I’ve tried to sell twice before and was unsuccessful of course. They suggested we ask the 2 prospective buyers if they wanted to improve their offers which was beneficial to me. They were always responsive and incredibly positive, even when I was getting frustrated at what I saw as the slow pace of the buyer. They were in it for the long haul and I’d use them again if I was selling.

This is the worst estate agency I have ever come across.
They grossly overpriced my property to win the instruction and then wasted a year trying to sell it.
They asked me to drop the price from £700k to £450 in the hope of selling it but still failed.
A total waste of time, I missed out on two properties to buy and during this year long failed sales cycle I spent over £22k on mortgage payments.
There staff were totally incompetent!.
