I dealt with Krishnaa Ruparelia for the purchase of my new property. She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all

After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property.
This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done.
They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.

Had a bad experience with Scott always seemed in a rush to get the deal through without answering questions properly. Initially told me all the windows and door keys were available but when it was time to hand over the keys he said they are lost. Overall not a good experience
