Summer, Peter and the team at Simon Blyth provided me with a fantastic service when selling my property. Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. It provided me with comfort and a valuation I was very happy with. Summer was particularly superb at managing the sale process. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the finer details, while also efficiently keeping the solicitors on track. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.

Chloe Armitage at Simon Blyth was amazing throughout the entire process, she kept me well informed, answered all my questions promptly and made what was a very stressful experience seem less overwhelming.
She ensured I was kept fully updated at all times even when some of the issues weren’t really hers to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as efficiently as possible and I genuinely think I wouldn’t be in my new home now without her help.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chloe and Simon Blyth to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly excellent service — I can’t thank you enough Chloe.

Dealing with the Chloe and Joe at the Kirkburton office was a pleasure. The process was straightforward, they provided good advice, photos and marketing, set the right expectations, were easy to deal with and the communication was good from them, their website and marketing system. We achieved the sale of the house in a very timely fashion. I would certainly recommend them.

I would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.
