Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

Simon miller have been excellent with all comuncation at all level,
The sales staff have been very good at keeping us informed at all times.

Andrew and Hayley were both incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of selling our property. Communication was always consistent and they were happy to answer any questions we had. They made our experience very smooth-sailing and our sale went through in approximately 10 weeks in total which was amazing. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon Miller, thank you.

Having been a client of Simon Miller for a number of years we didn’t hesitate to sell our property through them. The house sold very quickly and the buyers requested prompt completion which suited us. Hayley Champion (by name and nature!!) was our primary point of contact although other members of the sales team, Tony, Andrew and Dan also contributed to this successful sale. Hayley was the consummate professional in every way, always polite, cheerful and always kept in touch. Thank you to all at Simon Miller, would definitely recommend.

The team at Simon Miller Larkfield have just been so great. When my parents passed away we decided to refurbish the property and rent it out. Simon Miller did the property management for me and did a superb job, which took all the stress out managing the property for me. Ten years on we decided to sell, and once again the team, especially Tony and Dan were just so helpful and made the whole process simple and straightforward. So it’s a big thank you and I can confidently recommend the service that they provide. Thank you very much.
