Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying).
My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process.
I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

I did not get one enquiry let alone a viewing in three months. Clearly pricing was not competitive for the market - they blamed the market. Communication was sporadic and uninformative too

I bought and sold with Sims Williams. They have been excellent on both transactions. Very attentive and giving me regular updates. Special mention for Amy in the Chichester sales progression team who has gone above and beyond.

Such a brilliant service from a friendly, helpful and professional team who managed the sale of a property.
Excellent communication and quick response to emails/phone calls.
The team at Sims Williams were all up to date with what was going on with the sale and were reassuring, reliable and informative.
I was so impressed with Emma who went 'above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough for this, but also huge thanks to Tamsin, Lynne and Hebe all of who gave a fantastic service.
This is the third time I've used Sims Williams and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
