The whole team of Sinclair couldn't of done enough. We were first time sellers and they help with every step of the way. Louise was more than happy to take my calls and answer any questions big or small.
Would highly recommend to anyone and would defiantly use Sinclair again.

We had a viewing scheduled for 12:00pm and waited outside the property until 12:15pm before contacting the office. We were informed that the agent was running late due to a colleague calling in sick, but that he was on his way.
We contacted the office again at 12:50pm and were given the same response. As we had already been waiting for almost an hour with no clear update or estimated arrival time, we advised that we could no longer wait and would be leaving.
Throughout this time, we received no proactive communication or updates from the agency, and the response we received when calling was unsympathetic. This lack of communication and consideration for our time was very unprofessional. Really disappointing experience.

I have recently sold my late mothers property through Sinclairs, they offered excellent service throughout, making the whole process as stress free as possible.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others, in fact I already have.

Five star service in my sister’s house sale. Very smooth and efficient and Jane in the office went the extra mile on several occasions, providing advice, finding third party contractors for me and supplying colleagues to do the house viewings whilst I was at work. Very impressive.

Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.
