We recently purchased our property through Sinclair Hamilton in Bromley, and despite the process being far from straightforward, the team was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Emily and Jak, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. Sinclair Hammelton managed my property for years and were always good to deal with, I then decided to sell, and they were great to deal with - had some honest conversations around valuations and the market conditions. The property was under offer pretty quickly with plenty of viewings. Thanks to Jak and his team.

After a frustrating four and half months with a 5-star rated agent where my vacant freehold property sat under offer (with a first-time buyer) with no exchange date in sight - I pulled out and decided to re-market with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley at the same price. The property went under offer very quickly again to another first-time buyer, but this time the post-offer support was entirely different.<br><br>Emily is a very approachable and experienced manager – she spent time discussing the pros and cons of each offer before I made my decision. As I have learnt last time, under offer is the easy part, managing the demanding post-offer progression - coordinating each party (surveyors, conveyancers and the buyers and sellers etc) is the real test. Jak is an energetic and enthusiastic individual who constantly kept on top of the progression. Emily was kept well-informed meaning either Jak or Emily were ready to assist with my queries.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work, communication and professionalism, we have finally completed. I highly recommend Sinclair Hammelton Bromley to anyone looking for agents who actually deliver in a reasonable time frame. Thank you, Jak and Emily!

Even one star is too much for them, very bad at what they do, I wouldn't trust them with a wet paper bag, they cost me money, lied, back stabbed and totally not what they make out they are

We recently completed on a house with Sinclair Hammelton Bromley and found the agents to be very good. Our purchase was led by Freya and she was absolutely excellent for all of what turned out to be a very long journey from offer to completion (no fault of the agents). Freya was professional, dedicated, very kind, and drove the process throughout, always keeping us informed. We really feel that it might have all fallen through without her. She was excellent at communicating with both the other agents in the chain and legal teams - if we ever needed to know anything we always called Freya first. Thank you! We're never moving again (but if we do, we'll call you first).

Sinclair Hammelton…. Professional, responsive, helpful, pro-active, realistic, genuine. Achieved our sale within three weeks of instruction. Really helped us secure a viable sale quickly so we did not loose our preferred purchase.
