I instructed Sinton Andrews Northfield Office to sell my house in Balfour Road.Rob and Cathryn did an incredible job and in less than 1 week had obtained 6 viewings and 3 offers 2 of which were at asking price.The buyers had no chain and were ready to proceed straightaway.I was kept fully up to date as the sale went through and could not fault their professionalism at every stage.They even recommended a builder to replace the kitchen ceiling which was in disrepair who acted quickly and did a very good job.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinton Andrews indeed I have already instructed them to sell another house in Hanwell.

I chose Sinton Andrews to help me sell my property as they were a long-established family business in the area and, unlike some of the more aggressive agents touting for our business, they were realistic in their pricing and timeframes. It proved to be a good choice, as they were calm and supportive throughout the whole process, and found us buyers who were a perfect fit. House buying/selling can be a stressful time for all those involved, but thanks to Scarlett, Rob and the SA team, we managed to negotiate all the hurdles smoothly and without rancour. It helps when the personalities of your estate agents match up nicely with your own. My wife and I would recommend Sinton Andrews wholeheartedly.

Having dealt with 15+ Estate Agents in our house search it was so refreshing to deal with an Agency who actually cares.<br><br>Our first encounter was when we missed out on a house as we were in a chain. (and the other buyer was not) Since then the Sinton Andrews team had consistently kept in touch and flagged properties to us some even before they were formally launched on the market.<br><br>They listen and get to know you as buyers and what you are really looking for - and then coming up with the goods. They never show you a house just to get their numbers up to buyers.<br><br>We are so grateful to Rob for his call to view a house not yet on the market which he thought would be ideal for us - and it absolutely was. We are all moved-in and cannot be happier.<br><br>Highly recommended
