Outstanding service from Skippers Cheriton on our recent house purchase. We had sold our previous house and only had four weeks before completion, but still had not found a place to move to... Skippers had a property we liked and really came through to make it happen. Crucially they proposed a solicitor to us who they knew worked well with their client's solicitor and all the conveyancing went super smoothly. From agreeing the deal to moving in: four weeks... Amazing. Huge thanks to the whole team!

I would highly recommend Skippers estate agents for either selling or buying a property. The team are very professional and friendly. No question is too much trouble. I used to pop in all the time and Natalie would give me all the time I needed. She also managed to get the price I wanted for my property.

Lashiya did a great job coordinating the viewing over email and was always quick to respond. Ellie, who showed me around the property, was friendly, professional, and informative. Both were efficient, responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish.

Cannot thank Matt and all the team at Skippers enough for successfully selling our house, and in record time! A professional photographer took amazing pictures and it was up on the usual selling sites the next day. Communication was absolutely brilliant, they kept us in the loop and updated constantly. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt they went above and beyond to make the sale go as smoothly a possible. I had my property for sale with Andrew and co
They were good to start with then the interest failed
That's when I went to Springbok to sell it was sold within 1 month as with Andrew and co 9 months and no offers

Well what can I say, we purchased a property from Andrew and Co, it was a very complicated Sales lots of issues, Natalie and Trina were so helpful, they were constantly chasing for us when it wasn't down to them to do. It took 5 months and 1 day to move in and on the day of moving, it was actually Trina's day off and she came and found us at the property while we were waiting to get the keys in the rain and phoned round everyone to speed it up, without her doing this it would have been another hour.
I just want to say a big thank you for everything you both did.
