Shocking Service. Rude behaviour and definitely not bothered about hitting their KPI's for satisfaction being given. i now know why the reviews are what they are, and upon seeing the response to reviews exposing personal and confidential information about the enquiries, i am even more shocked that GDPR has not been reported as being breached previously.

If you’re looking for a conveyancer, I would recommend looking literally anywhere else. You wouldn’t think you were paying them for a service, even basic questions are met with rude and condescending responses. AVOID

Would not recommend the solicitors side of the business.
In 2 years, I only managed to speak directly to the solicitor once (at the initial meeting).
There were numerous issues throughout this process and as such, I would not recommend.
