Exceptional service from the ladies at Smarthomes. Huge thanks to Mel, Dawn, Trish and Jasmine whose friendly, supportive and approachable manner made the whole property purchasing experience so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was kept updated throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. My husband and I had a bad experience at a previous estate agents with lack of communication being a major problem. However, since changing to smart homes the service has been great and the difference has been night and day. Big thank you to Tom, Mark and Rory who have been lovely and informative throughout the whole process. Big thanks to Melanie and the sales progression team at smart homes. They are the best in the game. Mel kept me updated throughout my property purchase with daily updates and liaising with solicitors Mel is a absolute legend a real credit to the team.
