Gin has been very helpful in making my move as stress free as possible.<br>She is always on the end of the phone if I need anything.<br>I have brought an apartment that needed a lot of paperwork doing to get my purchase over the line.<br>Gin was so good at getting the information to me and chasing the solicitors when needed to<br>She is definitely the best and I would definitely us smart homes again.<br>All the staff are so friendly and are great when showing you around properties<br>Definitely the best experience sell and buying my new property<br>Thank you all from smart homes<br>Gin especially

We recently sold our 1st home with Smart Homes, their extensive client base definitely helped speed up our sale. Our home went live on the Friday, and because of Tom’s hard work calling clients he knew would be interested, by Saturday afternoon we already had 7 viewings booked. By the following Saturday 3 offers. Smart Homes have impressed us throughout the whole process, always keeping us informed and updated. I would 100 percent recommend.

After a few little hiccups at the start they were actually brilliant …Adam Tom and other Tom were actually excellent ..include Gracie at the end too!! Stressful isn’t the word ..I’d never wanna do it again but yeah ..we got there in the end and I’m very happy !
