We honestly couldn’t recommend Smith & Friends highly enough. They were fantastic from start to finish throughout our house-buying journey and were always happy to answer our questions, and as first-time buyers, we had a lot. They arranged a last-minute viewing for us 15 minutes before closing on the same day we enquired, and that ended up being the house we bought. Having such a friendly and approachable team on the other end of the phone made the whole process so much less stressful.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

At start the agents were bang on. But once I'd got with them the original agent passed a lot of things onto other staff and I had to keep ringing for problems. At the point of it being sold they never even rang. I found out by ringing them and it was a case of ..well it's sold we thought you knew! Not good enough.

I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before.
I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.
