Had our viewing cancelled at very short notice. We travelled from Weston Super Mare, we waited at the property as we did not know the viewing had been cancelled. Finally gave up and drove all the way back home only to find a message on our answerphone to say the viewing had been cancelled. Waste of time.

I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before.
I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.
