The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’
eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading.
However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered!
Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.

Overall happy with the experience and the staff at Snapes. However the only offers I received were £25k below their valuation hence the ratings for valuation accuracy and value for money

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie Moor and all the team at Snapes in Cheadle Hulme. Everyone I have dealt with have been so helpful, friendly and willing to help including, Sam, Hina and Claire. Julie managed my sale and always kept me up to date and informed every step on the way, taking a lot of pressure off. She would always go above and beyond in helping with information, advice and support. She has been very patient and understanding and it has always been appreciated. Thank you.

Valued the house £100k higher than 2 other estate agents. Sold for close to asking price within a week. Took time to make the photos look good and the floorplan accurate. Lovely personable staff.

Was impressed by the quick efficient response to my inquiry, felt I was in good hands from the start, liked the calm way Nina handled the viewing , with a very knowledgeable but pragmatic approach to the buying process in this area, A refreshing change in today's fraught housing market, keep up the good work !
