We found our perfect home through Sowerbys. Ellie Archer was fantastic all the way through. She had so much knowledge of the properties we viewed and was able to answer all the questions we had. She was always at the end of the phone when needed and so lovely to speak to!!

Great service from this company. The agent Carol was superb from start to finish and handled all the issues really well. The house sold before it went on the market so relatively quick process. I would highly recommend this company.

We were cash buyers - yes really! -so it should have been easy but the deal nearly foundered several times. And certainly on one occasion we thought that’s it’s not going to happen but joannaof sowerbys after sale section kept things holding on with some extraordinary lateral thinking during a chase for missing contract.

Paula and the whole team at Sowerbys were fantastic throughout our house purchase. They were supportive, helpful and consistently kept things moving when the process could easily have stalled. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to keep everything on track. Recently I've been arranging property viewings and contacting a variety of estate agents and I have to say my experience with Alison at Sowerbys has been one of the most positive. She scheduled a house viewing for me at the last minute (literally within 2 hours) and really made a huge effort to accommodate me. Thank you Alison!

On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney.
Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime.
