Fantastic service from this wonderful estate agency, Duncan and staff went over and above in making sure our sale went through in a really slow market. Higher end buyers beware!
Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

Hannah was so helpful with the sale of my property. She was patient, efficient and in contact straight away with any issues. The team in Bembridge made the sale as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend and use again.

As a first time vendor, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through. I felt that I was receiving very personal assistance, and that my business mattered. It has not been plain sailing, but the Agency carefully managed the obstacles that arose and were able to keep the deal moving forward. There was always someone on hand either on the end of the telephone, or if I popped into the office. I am very happy to recommend Spence Willard.

Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.
