We are currently selling our property with Spencer’s. Mike was very good arranging photo’s and appointments around us and work which was challenging but not an issue at all. He has vast knowledge and a lovely guy. Even replying to emails late in the evening - complete dedication!
Both Georgina and Shaniya have been polite and answered all questions and emails promptly.
Shaniya arranged a viewing recently and kept my 8 year old daughter amused counting things with her so she wasn’t under our feet, this is what I love about Spencers’s. Shaniya didn’t need to do this but she was amazing and went above and beyond and we our so thankful so I felt I needed to write a review.

Recently bought our home through Spencers and honestly they were great throughout the whole process. Buying a house can be stressful, but they were always approachable, quick to respond and kept things moving when needed. Thank you again for your help :)

Me and my husband recently purchased a property in Wigston through Spencers and the entire process was very smooth , right from the viewing , placing an offer and securing the keys. Georgina was very helpful throughout the process . We would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I am so grateful to the team at Spencers, Wigston, for their help, support and professional guidance through what turned out to be a difficult, stressful and complicated sale of my mother's property.
All the team - Jo, Georgina, Mike and Ben - were so kind and helpful and kept us up to date throughout the process, at times going above and beyond what I would have expected of them. Hugely grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling property in Wigston.

The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
